Spiritual Life Coaching

Spiritual life coaching is a supportive, integrative process designed to help you navigate emotional, energetic, and life challenges in a grounded and practical way.

My approach weaves together spiritual life coaching, subconscious and hypnosis-informed techniques, quantum and energy healing, guided meditation, and intuitive insight. Rather than working with one method in isolation, each session responds to what you need in the moment — supporting real change that can be integrated into everyday life.

This work is especially supportive if you feel:

• emotionally overwhelmed or stuck in repeating patterns
• spiritually sensitive or going through an awakening
• disconnected from yourself, your direction, or your purpose
• ready to explore deeper subconscious and energetic layers
• drawn to healing that is both spiritual and grounded

Sessions may include:

• reflective coaching and guided conversation
• subconscious and hypnosis-style inner work
• quantum and energetic healing
• guided meditation or visualisation
• crystal and intuitive support
• ancestral or mediumship insight when it naturally arises

All sessions are fully integrative. There are no add-ons or upgrades — the full scope of my work is already included.

Session Options

Single Session — 60 minutes

A focused spiritual life coaching session offering clarity, grounding, and energetic support.

3-Session Journey

A short-term coaching container allowing themes and patterns to be explored and integrated over time.

6-Session Journey

A deeper, supported coaching journey designed for long-term transformation, regulation, and integration.

What Happens After You Purchase

Once your session or journey is purchased, you will receive an email with a client intake form.

This form helps me understand:

• what you are currently experiencing
• your intentions for our work together
• any areas you would like support with

Please complete and return the intake form as soon as possible, as it allows me to thoughtfully plan and prepare for your sessions before we begin.

Important Information

• Spiritual life coaching is supportive and complementary and does not replace medical or psychological care.
• You remain in control of the pace and depth of the work at all times.
• This is grounded spiritual practice — not spiritual bypassing or surface-level coaching.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Services)

Because spiritual life coaching sessions are a personalised service and require preparation time, all purchases are non-refundable.

Once a session or coaching journey has been booked and/or the client intake form has been sent, refunds are not available.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be forfeited.

In rare circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at my discretion.
